For your convenience, hotel reservations can be made on the website at www.mtcreservations.com, which is available 24 hours - 7 days a week or via email at bookit@mtcreservations.com. If you experience difficulty making your reservations on line, or have questions concerning the hotels, MTC can be reached toll free at 866-549-3985.
These rates are exclusive through MTC only and will not be extended by the hotels directly.
Rates will remain in effect until November 10, 2008 (Subject to Availability).
If you are part of a group attending the show and require five (5) or more rooms, please download the Accommodations Form on the MTC site. You will receive an acknowledgement of your reservation either by email or fax. Early booking is suggested to ensure your first choice hotel. Credit card information is required to confirm all reservations.
