For your convenience, hotel reservations can be made on the MTC website which is available 24 hours - 7 days a week or via email at bookit@mtcreservations.com, or Click on the link above to make a reservation. These rates are exclusive through MTC only and will not be extended by the hotels directly. Rates will remain in effect until October 31, 2011 (Subject to Availability).
If you are part of a group attending the show and require five (5) or more rooms, please download the Accommodations Form on the MTC site. You will receive an acknowledgment of your reservation either by email or fax. Early booking is suggested to ensure your first choice hotel. Credit card information is required to confirm all reservations.PARKING INFORMATION:
There are over 3000 parking spaces in a three block radius of the facility. These spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. We encourage exhibitors and attendees to use the public parking facilities, so that it does not impact the limited residential parking.
